Q. How do I Install the drain into the pan?
A. There is a 2” pvc socket in the bottom of the pan and is fastened with a standard pvc glue or a glue suitable for mixing pvc and abs if required. Local codes always set the precedents for installation practices.
Q. What if my waste pipe is 1 1/2” ?

A. Custom Sizes are available for very large orders. There are not really any exceptions for quantities up to 100 pieces. We have seen many clients fill in around their pans with half height walls and seats. It can be a very nice alternative to create a little shape and interest in a shower design.
Q. What comes with the shower pan?

Q. What kind of mortar can I use on the ready to tile niches?
A. The niches can be tiled with any traditional thinset mortar...they don't require the same epoxy mortar that the shower pans do. Only epoxy mortar will stick to the shower pan material.
Q. What if I have black ABS pipe and the pan fitting is white PVC?
A. Some areas of the country use ABS pipe while others use PVC. In order to glue the two different types of pipe together it is necessary to use a product call PVC to ABS conversion cement.

Q. What should I do when my pan arrives?
A. First of all, you need to unpack the pan before you sign for it. The mortar is underneath the pan and the drain trims can be packed among the cardboard. If your product is damaged you need to send us a digital image by email and give us a call or an email message. If the pan is damaged you have two options. If there is a simple crack on the splash wall you can repair it easily if you are in a hurry or you can reach out to us to process a replacement.
